Good bargain, nice hotel, don’t expect breakfast.

Not a good first impression with lady with check in. She was telling lie and not kind.
She was really rude.

When we got there, we found out the pool anf hot tub were out of order. We tried getting a refund because we had kids and wanted to see if we could find somewhere else, but we were refused and we weren't even offered a discount on the room for those amenities not working. Then, my daughter booked the rooms but had it under our names, and they straight out refused to change the card to ours, so they paid for rooms in our names with her card that wasn't even present. On top of all of that, the staff was extremely rude. I believe her bame was Ariana. She was beyond rude to everyone! Then she was no where to be found the rest of the night and was jever seen behind the desk again. She shouldn't be allowed to work in customer service. Then last but not least, the breakfast was not what was deacribed by others.
