Do not go there - terrible experience

After a mic-up between the hotel and hotels.com, I was repeatedly threatened with legal action, and the hotel was in general not interested in resolving the issue - refused to pick up the phone and refused to access hotels.com. Terrible, terrible treatment of customers, and horrendous attitude.

The views and charm of this old colonial hotel are matched only by the awesome manager and staff. We were treated with kindness and professionalism. I would return in a heart beat!
