Atic Raims - Holiday Apartment Rental in Girona | Bravissimo

Located on the top floor of an historic building, with elevator, in the heart of the Barri Vell you will find this lovely fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment. The building, with our office on the ground floor, is situated at Cort Reial, a nice little square and the perfect location to start exploring the beautiful old city center. Because the apartment is on the top floor it had a lot of natural light and you have a look out over the old town.

The 2 bedroom apartment is fully equipped with TV, high quality internet/wifi, comfortable sofa, dining table, kitchen with all your needs, washing machine etc etc. The master bedroom has a double bed which can be separated into two singles. The other bedroom has a trundle bed (single bed with under it an extra bed that can be rolled out). There is a complete bathroom with a large shower and toilet.

Notes:
The apartment is situated in the hart of the Old City and is partly closed for traffic and you are not allowed to park there. Note! By car you may only enter 3x per quarter so use those three times carefully. For instance one for your check in and one for your check out. Although you may not park you can stop to unload your luggage.



A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.´´Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included on the price.
