Sunset is a comfortable, very spacious and bright apartment located on the 2nd floor and overlooks Carrer de la Barca. It has a very spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, an extra room, kitchen, several small balconies, toilet and bathroom with a second toilet. In the living room is a large dining table for 6 people, a sofa bed and there is widescreen TV. The apartment has free Wi-Fi with fast internet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The entrance of the building is located at Carrer d'En Jaume Pons Marti, has a spacious entrance and a lift.



Notes:
The apartment is in the Old City that is partly closed to traffic and you cannot just park here. However, you can reach the apartment by car because it is just on the edge (but inside) of the Old Centre and you can at least stop here to unload the luggage. Then you have to park the car somewhere else but there are plenty of parking options within walking distance.



A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00). Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€; - From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€; - Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
