Friendly Service. Located in a great spot. Short walk into the city centre. Comfortable and quiet space. Very relaxing. Best sleep in a while... Will book again if ever in Gisborne.... Thanks again

Exceptional service from a friendly team.

The greatest asset to this city centre hotel is the staff, especially the manager, Lisa. All the staff from front office to the young team of room attendants, were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. I became unwell while I was there and was looked after as it I was one of the family. Thank you team, I highly recommend you all.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Suggested a few good places to eat. Convenient and close to loads of stores. Easy parking. Rooms nice and clean.

Lisa the manager was amazing she made our stay extra special. Our room was lovely thanks to Lisa for the upgrade. I recommend staying here.
