After a couple weeks of traveling in England and Scotland, the Dakota Glasgow was the best bang for your buck lodging we stayed at. The decor and amenities would be £100 more per night in London and Edinburgh. Our favorite unexpected features were the black-out curtains and Chrome cast to the television. Most tourist attractions included a 1-3km walk (one-way), but we always felt safe.
