Good hotel

. The person on duty at night was a bit grumpy but all other staff were excellent and very helpful. Bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast was lovely and there was lots of choice. Eggs were cooked to order and nothing was too much bother. I would definitely stay here again.

I often visit Glasgow for shopping and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel is walking distance to the main shopping centres. The highlight of this hotel is the customer service and staff. They really go out of their way to make sure the check-in and stay in the hotel is as comfortable as possible. The room in this hotel is excellent and very comfortable.

Room was very small and needed a Luck of paint. Very noisy at street end need double glazing looked at. Drinks at bar were extremely over priced compared with local restaurants.
