2 couples night away

Fantastic hotel, superior room large, modern, very comfortable bed. Staff in all areas were super friendly. We were celebrating our friends special anniversary & when I mentioned this at check in, the receptionist gave them a voucher for a free drink each. Bar area large & airy. Buffet self service breakfast was delicious, something for everyone. You order the tea/coffee & toast which came very quickly. Excellent location with lots of bars & restaurants close by incl the hop on/off bus tour a bus stop was right outside.

Nice hotel in a great location. However, the bar and restaurant were very cold. They had put in a portable heater which was totally inadequate.

Ive stayed in this hotel 3 times now for long periods for work, everytime ive been there the same manager/lady on reception, is rude and a conteil freak, wont left me check in before 3, even though others was allowed to, maybe its because im english? This visit, i arrived at 2pm had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights, asked to check in, snd what a surprise she refused and say 3pm. So we left and returned at 3pm, on check in i advisded her that i had booked for 2 nights by mistake and was only meant to be 1 night, she said that oks im writen a note, but you need to call expedia as they are the people you booked through, to cancel, . I said thank you I then got to my room and spent 45 mins contacting expedia, theybwas ok with it but said i need to call the manager of the hotel because they have the final say, to my shock i was then advised by expedia that the manager refused the cancellation.. when i went back to reception and asked her, why did you say it was ok to then make me call expedia for you just to say no, she could explain. I wil never stay in a raddison again,.shes just cost the raddison hotel a awful lot of money. I own my own business and always traveling. The issue was not that i couldnt cancel, it was because she lied

Ideal for a city stay!!

Phenomenal location for Glasgow city center and the city train stations. Pleasant service and very comfortable room. Loved the breakfast buffet too. Would highly recommend!

Great location. Fabulous breakfast. Friendly check in staff. Unfortunately leisure facilities no longer on site. Some maintenance/ construction works were ongoing but didn't interfere. Room spot on.

Bedroom was lovely and spacious. Staff very friendly and good very good. Only downside was I opted for a later breakfast and so the restaurant was busy. I was shown to a table in the bar that I was assured would be made up for breakfast. It wasn’t. I had to chase down servers to get tea and toast and I never saw the a la carte options. That’s was a shame as otherwise an excellent stay.
