L'emplacement est pratique, très central.
Les chambres ne sont pas chauffées, il a fallu attendre 7h du mat pour enfin avoir un radiateur portatif. Nous avons eu froid comme jamais dans un hotel de cette catégorie. Inacceptable. Chambre 209.

A little disappointed TBH for a hotel which is at the top end of city centre room rates.
Tired building, under going maintenance currently alot of loud construction work which was not advertised. Lifts were getting overhauled and had to wait long period to use.
Room was on top floor and there are multiple buckets catching roof leaks. These aren't something that have just happened as long term stains on walls and ceilings showing dispair. I would not expect this from any public building let alone a Hotel.
This Hotel does not have a Gym although its advertised as having one, for the room rate this type of Hotel without a Gym is unexpected and disappointing.
The room itself 645 was clean and nice decor. However, maintenance has let it down.
1.The door needed to be shoved open as very stiff, a bit concerning from a safety/fire point of view as difficult to open from the inside (my wife could not open it). The door was possibly water damaged or misaligned to the door frame.
2. The toilet constantly ran and had a poor flush - it needs a new siphon. Inconvenience of noise when trying to sleep.
3. The noise from the air conditioner was extremely inconvenient and annoying - constant dripping noise when in use and not, which disrupted sleep. Suspect it has an issue with the refrigerant circulation and would recommend it is checked ASAP.
Breakfast was good. All staff were friendly and helpful.
