La chambre est spacieuse, propre et moderne.
Le lit est large propre et confortable.
Café et thé de courtoisie présent.

Difficile à trouver. Le courriel ne precisait pas l'adresse exacte et le mode d'accès (accès par le car park 2 du centre commercial, niveau 3).

Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI have stayed at the Ramada several times, never an issue, always a good stay. Not this time, booked a double room, upon arrival told no double rooms so twin room. Not great but at least I still had a bed. Room clean but bedside lamp not working, moved the bedside table slightly and discovered it was actually broken, so one very lopsided bedside table. The lack of double room that I had booked I could let go but silly little things have then added to a disappointing stay. Would still return but I hope the little things are checked in all rooms.

Unless you know you need to drive into a multi story car park then this place does not have an entrance. The satnav takes you to a Coach Drop off, then you are abandoned to your whits. The area reminds of getting mugged in the 1980's. Dont look under your bed for the remote control, you will catch something. I had to change rooms after discovering a bedbug in my bed. The staff handled it poorly, changing my room was embarrassing. My replacement room definately had somebody with thick black hair shedding in the bathroom. Thenbed was comfy. The morning staff were fantastic, a breath of fresh air and really made a difference to my stay and I thank them for their service.

Young receptionist was very condescending to myself. I couldn’t hear what she was saying as she was softly spoken, when I asked her to repeat I got a reply that made me feel stupid. Met her in the elevator about an hour later and she completely blanked me, with zero eye contact or conversation. She needs a customer care course and further training to improve her skills if she continues to work in front of house.
