Definitely stay again. We are from Wyoming
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsMy wife and I stayed for 2 days to relax and take in the scenery along the banks of Lake Michigan and to check out other places. We really enjoyed checking out the lighthouses around the area. The staff allowed us to change the breakfast menu as we didn’t prefer some food on it.

Lovely Bed And Breakfast
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HotelsLovely, charming bed and breakfast. Comfortable rooms, location was perfect with walking distance to downtown and close to bike/hiking trails. Beach was also walking distance. Staff was very pleasant and food was delicious.
Would definitely stay here again. Excellent location.

We were not able to stay at the Inn. The room assigned to us was up some very steep steps (interior) without a full handrail from top to bottom. This was not going to be safe for me. We released the rooms right away so the owner could at least rebook the second night. We have requested a partial refund if they were indeed able to rebook. This is a very busy time in the area, and people were calling about last minute accommodations (per the owner). My husband also thought the room was very small and basic.

Hi Audrey, we are so sorry that we were unable to offer you a different room that was more suitable for you. Unfortunately we were not able to fill your room. Your room was one of the classic bed and breakfast rooms. They are more true to the historical use of the Inn. While comfortable and quiet, they are meant to be a less frilly room.

Very nice quiet location with wonderful other guest to chat with. Great large front porch and good coffee in the morning. Nicely decorated
