This is a very nice Mansion but it's need some renovations. The carpets are old and the walls needs a little freshen up with new coat of paint. Some floor ceramic tiles need to be replaced.

Very nice hotel, quiet place and good location. Rooms are large and well equiped. A very good place for a week end. But it looks like the hotel is on work (carton boxes on the lounge). The very bad point is the breakfast. There are many nice lounges and rooms but you have to take your breakfast in a terrible room, nowhere to seat, and very poor quality (to be honest it looks like a breakfast served in a Motel 8 with plastic plates and cups). Really a pity in this very nice mansion.

Stayed here to be convenient to family. Big mistake, we were so uncomfortable we left early. Beautiful building and grounds, but our room, a double, was spartan. 2 double beds, work desk with coffee maker, desk chair and lamps. 2 outlets for all our electronics. No dresser. Tiny refrigerator on the floor. No comfy chair. We had to out our bags on the one luggage holder and the floor. I spent a lot of time crawling on the floor fetching items from the fridge and our bags. This is an older property so the AC is by the window. The bed by the AC was cool, the rest of the room was warm and damp. Our towels never dried. It seems more suited to business, conferences and weddings, not pleasure travel. None of the perks we expect in newer properties.

Luxury property but far from luxury. Staff lacking training and consistency. Pool is open to public so hotel guests may not get a chair to sit on and it closes at 6pm even to hotel guests. (?) who closes an outdoor pool during the summer at 6? No in house food offerings after brekfast is closed and the pool bar requires a credit card (no in room charges) I am having an event here early July and even made the note in my reservation but have not heard from sales or greeted by anyone. Highly disappointing. I came in from outside dinner at 9:30 pm and had to walk down endless empty hallways past open banquet rooms and stock closets where everything is stored and can be seen. Major safety issue …I hope you have cameras around here. Will relocate my event elsewhere next time around.

Property location was very convenient, but need lots of maintenance and repairs. cleaning need to be more thorough. Lots of dust under the bed.
