This is a very nice Mansion but it's need some renovations. The carpets are old and the walls needs a little freshen up with new coat of paint. Some floor ceramic tiles need to be replaced.

Very nice hotel, quiet place and good location. Rooms are large and well equiped. A very good place for a week end.
But it looks like the hotel is on work (carton boxes on the lounge). The very bad point is the breakfast. There are many nice lounges and rooms but you have to take your breakfast in a terrible room, nowhere to seat, and very poor quality (to be honest it looks like a breakfast served in a Motel 8 with plastic plates and cups). Really a pity in this very nice mansion.

I showed up for my reservation at 9PM and there was no one on the property or even a front desk person. There was another older couple that was waiting there for over an hour and very frustrated yelling “no one’s here, I’m checking myself in!” I took it upon myself to walk the mansion and find someone. After 15 minutes of walking around I found someone in the admin offices who was watching YouTube videos at her desk. She said her shift didn’t start until 11PM and that she couldn’t help me. After demanding she come down and help she pouted and said “fine I guess I’ll come check you in” she ended up walking down with me and brought her dog in a pink dress. She did apologize and offered us upgrades. Funny part was that it wasn’t an upgraded room, it was the same double room I purchased. It’s pretty crazy for the safety of your guests that there is no security or a front desk attendant on property for at least 2hrs. I would fear for my safety and think twice about booking this again. The room was decent, nothing special. The pillows felt like they were 10 years too old. Good Lavazza coffee machine in room.
They definitely outsource their call center and reservation staff because they called me the day prior and asked my check in time and I said 9PM. They called me the following day asking when I was going to check out too. The night of check in at 9PM that phone number that called me magically didn’t work. Why all these calls if no one is even at the front desk??

Looked very nice for social gatherings but rooms were far. Also lacked some amenities we expected. Limited breakfast for the price. Beds were comfortable. A restaurant would be nice. Thin walls, loud neighbors in next room until late.

Simple and classy, atmosphere is calm and relaxing just what we needed to unwind from the hustle and bustle of day to day life.
