Bad experience

I’ve used this service for years with glowing reviews for the properties and customer service from the host. When entering this property with my family we smelt an overwhelming smell. We tried several methods to reach our host and our issue was not fixed. It took over two weeks for a response to the issue with no resolve. I got .. it is what it is. The smell my husband discovered was creasolt coming from the stove that the last guest or cleaning crew left the damper open. The stove clearly had not been properly maintained as their chimney. The smell took over their property and there is no way the cleaning crew that was there prior to our arrival dis not smell this. We had to spend our entire first day/night ourselves due to the lack of accountability from our service eliminating the smell. It was so strong that we had headaches and looked for a hotel stay but everything was booked. We fixed the issue after closing the damper and airing out and properly cleaning the property. BUT this was not our responsibility as we paid for a clean rental. Our host and our their service they use should have came to clean and assess the issue while we left to enjoy our vacation. Beware… . Dated, and your on your own if you have a issue.

Cozy getaway

Great location, great condo! Spacious, clean and cozy! Love that it is pet friendly, even though we did not bring our dogs along this time (will keep this in mind for future trips). A few of the blinds need some minor repair and the kitchen could use a mixing bowl but was otherwise well stocked. We had a very comfortable stay!

Liked the w/D , other ladies used . Loved the rocking chairs outside , but the stove needs work , please have someone check the burners .

Great Clean Stay

We love the area. Close to so many things in different directions. We love going to the river during the day and out at night for dinner and entertainment.
