A fantastic overnight stay in a cabin which was clean and comfortable. All park facilities were neat and tidy.

The shower had lots of room, good pressure, clean, bed was comfortable, we have booked in again for next year. Service was great.

Air Con didn't reach kids room so they were freezing. Bathroom was not clean. Lights/lamps there but did not work. Basic amenities were not provided (paid extra upon check in when told there was no linen in the room for bunk beds - I have never before been handed sheets, towels, doona and soap at check in to then go make beds when they knew how many were coming and ages of kids). Only powerpoints were at kitchen bench and in bathroom.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, we have the largest air conditioning system in the villas and they are also double brick, so usually they are very warm and toasty. I apologise that some of the lights were not working, everyone is told on arrival that if there is anything wrong to please let us know straight away as most things can be fixed at that time. We have staff here 24 hours for that reason. In regards to the linen for the bunks , you are right the queen bed is always made up and we give people the option if they want to bring their own for the bunks or hire it. As you booked through Wotif this is listed in their special check in instructions, guests also get an automated email explaining that linen is not included on the bunks when they book. I can only apologise if you didnt recieve this as it should be automated.

The room fitted myself partner 2 kids and mother in the 1 room, extremely afforable, plenty of room staff were lovely and wonderful they gave us info on local places.
