This is the second time I’ve stayed here. If you like charm, uniqueness, and antiques this is the place for you. Every cabin is different from the rest and full of charm. We stayed in the railcar, and enjoyed the serenity staying right by the woods.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Our kids loved the animals and the books (books galore)! Our stay was very short, but we can’t wait to come back and stay again. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to say, this is the place to be!

Our stay in this delightful cabin surrounded by pasture, woods, even a little chapel and yet walking distance from downtown was so restful. Such a unique setting and we had all we needed. Would love to go back.

I had an amazing peaceful experience. The property is beautiful and I lived all the animals. Great place to get away from the city. Wendy is an excellent host.

Quiet getaway with family fun on site

Great country weekend getaway!

Very peaceful place with walking trails, farm animals that you can pet and feed, a playground, a chapel in the woods, and a river walk. The types of accomidations vary from small quarters to entire cabins. Communication with the staff is great. It's secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful, but close to a historic little dowtown with shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be going back.

Descent place to stay
Publié le 8 juill. 2019 sur HotelsThe complex and grounds was great for the kids but the beds were terrible to sleep in and the cabins definitely need some tending to and updated! But the owner was very nice and interested in our stay

We realize that some guests prefer a more firm mattress over a softer one. We have added toppers to all of our beds but we do have two particular cabins that have firmer mattresses.
Please let us know your preference and we would love to offer you a complimentary return night stay to sleep on the perfect mattress!
