I loved the cleanliness of the room, the great breakfast. And the plenty of parking at this location..

The pool water was very dirty looking. The staff was nice, but seemed confused at times on what they needed to be doing. We did have an incident on our second night but we got refunded for that. Overall the stay wasn't bad for the cost.

All Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was fresh. Hot items were hot. Cold items were cold. The room could have been more clean. Some of the linens were thread bare. The black out curtains removed all light. The ac worked well. Bed was comfy. Halls were quiet. The hot tub was nice. The pool was too cold to swim in. Would stay here again.

hotels.com is not the cheapest
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur Hotelscustomer who checked in immediately before me paid significantly less for a king suite than i paid through hotels.com for a king room. why did hotels.com not have the cheapest room? I was there for a funeral and i was not happy that you caused me to pay more than another customer for the same day.

when you make resvation with 3 party we can not do any tink .and about rate we can not do anytink becuse all 3party setup rate one diffrant way so .
