Check in time was at 4:00 pm instead of 3:00 pm as listed on the website. Had to wait. Beds were a bit too high and I am not a short person. Rooms were very nice. Quiet and comfortable both nights.

The hotel was clean & nice enough. The diner out front was short-staffed & we were bummed that the “24-hour diner” was closed until evening on the only morning we wanted to dine. Luckily, the staff recommended a nice breakfast spot within walking distance.

They overbooked and I didn't have a room

I didn't get to stay. They called me the morning of the stay and told me they had overbooked and didn't have a room for me.

Room was nice, but TV didn’t work and it was awkward checking in at the diner next door. Overflow parking for large trucks had zero lighting.

Thank you for staying with us at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Glendive, MT. I am sorry your TV malfunctioned. Our Front Desk Staff excels at the magic they use to fix the issue. The Truck parking lot has lighting, I will check that it is functioning correctly. I hope that on your next adventure in this direction you give us another try. We will exceed your expectations!
