Room was nice, but TV didn’t work and it was awkward checking in at the diner next door. Overflow parking for large trucks had zero lighting.

Thank you for staying with us at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Glendive, MT. I am sorry your TV malfunctioned. Our Front Desk Staff excels at the magic they use to fix the issue. The Truck parking lot has lighting, I will check that it is functioning correctly. I hope that on your next adventure in this direction you give us another try. We will exceed your expectations!

Unsafe place

My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I have ever had, due to the following reasons: (1) Upon my arrival after 5 PM, the room was not ready. Consequently, I had to wait half an hour to check in, and no apology was offered for this inconvenience. (2) More importantly, during my stay, the property was undergoing construction to repair the exterior walls near the entrance. On the day of my arrival, it was both rainy and windy, which caused the exterior walls under construction to blow in the wind, creating an unsafe environment for entering and exiting the building. This hotel should not accept guests during such construction activities.

I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are usually on top of getting rooms ready prior to our guests arriving. I apologize for the inconvenience. The siding was damaging during a wind storm a few days prior to your visit. It looks bad I know, but loose pieces are securely attached and there is an entrance towards the back of the building for you to use. Please accept my apologies.

Thank you for staying at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Glendive, MT. Breakfast is not provided at the hotel as we have a Diner. Morning coffee is free to hotel guests and breakfast is discounted for guests also. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I appreciate your comments as they help me to clarify and eliminate issues. I hope to see you again when you are in our arear.
