Thermostat for baseboard heater did not work. We had to use the wall AC for heat.

The staff was disorganized. The breakfast was nothing. Dining in the area is not worth the effort.

Sandy at the front desk showcased superior customer service, greeting us warmly and even offering freshly made popcorn upon our arrival—a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel welcomed.
The room itself was spacious, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wonderful variety of hot and cold items that catered to all tastes. The availability of coffee throughout the day was a pleasant bonus, and the quality was delightful.
Overall, our experience at SureStay was outstanding, thanks to the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and enjoyable amenities. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Glendive.
