Needed more help/staff especially at breakfast. We had to ask for more silverware, plates, and napkins, there was no sign of which pot was coffee or hot water.
Self-Served Waffle machine, three cereals, yogurt, muffins, danish, oatmeal, fruit.
There was a constant humming noise both nights that we were there like coming from the roof or electrical issues.
We wished that the floors were carpeted.

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was great with two bottles of water. Staff friendly with suggestion for delicious dinner. AC unit was a little loud but loved having a cool room. Bring your own shampoo. Great coffee. Limited selection for breakfast, but appreciate good orange juice and fresh fruit.

When we tried to checkin the desk clerk said she didn’t see our reservation, even though we had received an email confirmation. We spoke or chatted to four different Expedia people on help line to straighten it out. Desk clerk was dressed in a dirty shirt
It rained overnight, so when we came into the lobby/breakfast area in the morning there was water leaking thru the roof. Overall not a pleasant stay.

Had snafu with credit card where i was double charged temporarily. Every thing else was good.

Nice but confusing
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was clean, friendly, comfortable but I am not sure what it cost. The emailed receipt was 146.00 and the receipt they handed me when we left was $114.00. I hope I have not been charged both totals.

I couldn't find the front door to the check-in desk.
