If you looking to kick back and relax with family or friends, look no further Southern Comfort is a newly constructed cabin that just hit the market in August 2020!

The name "Southern Comfort" is just one way to sum up the property!!! SoCo. offers our guest breathtaking views of the mountains, as well as the sound of nature and wildlife all around you!!!
Lets not forget the most important feature of the property, which is an aerial view of the river that flows directly in front of the cabin, as well as river access within feet of the property!

Lets Dive In:
SoCo sleeps 16 guest and comes fully stocked with everything one might need during their stay. A fully stocked cabin for our guest, is what we strive to offer!!

This property was designed to gather family and friends without feeling crowded. The property is equipped with all stainless steel appliances such as; Refrigerator, Dishwater, Oven, Microwave, etc; as well as cookware, utensils, and serving ware for the entire party!!! Still need more, take a look at the items we have tucked away for our guest such as a Blender, Table Top Griddle, Chopper, Crock pot, Keurig and a traditional Kitchen Aid Coffee Pot.
As mentioned, the open floor plan allows the kitchen and living room to flow together as one! The windows along the cabin offer you access to the beautiful scenery around you while inside the cabin.
The kitchen offers seating for 12; which includes a long industrial farm table and a granite bar top with bar stools to seat 4! If you still find yourself needing more seating, take a step outside and enjoy both our Upper Level Deck OR the lower level Screened Porch!

Southern Comfort offers 4 King Bedrooms and a Bunk Room with 6 Bunk Beds! The property offers a total of 4 bathrooms, 2 full bathrooms ( One located off the living room & the other is located next to bunk room in the loft area) and 2 Jack and Jill style bathroom in between the king bedrooms.
Please note, The vanities are accessible from the bedrooms and have the capability to be locked, so that each guest room offers its own privacy.
All bedrooms are Equipped with a 50" TV (excluding the bunk room which offers only a small TV)!! The living room and loft area are both equipped with 65” TV and a Bose Soundbar!
The property will be fully stocked with all linens, towels and beach towels & the property also offers a laundry room as well.

Lastly.... Our cabin was designed so that family and friends could gather in a spacious area; however the best part of the cabin is the upper level deck, as well as the screened porch below (ITS MY FAVORITE SPOT).

Beautiful place!
Southern Comfort was gorgeous and comfortably kept all 14 of our family members. While it rained all but one day, we still enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the river. The kids enjoyed playing the games provided. The table was big enough for everyone! And the beds are so comfy! Mrs. Holland was easy to contact with any questions that came up and was so sweet.

Great Christmas Holiday
This is the third year that we have gone to this area for our big family Christmas. Out of all the properties that we have rented, Southern Comfort has been our best experience. The size was perfect for our adult children w/spouses and their young children. There was plenty of bedrooms and room to spread out.The hosts were so responsive to any questions. We found everything that we needed. This setting is beautiful! We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the stay. The cabin was perfect for the 4 families and our children. The loft area / bunk area was perfect spot. The cabin being turn key with anything you would need from the kitchen to outside area. The WiFi passcode and gate code needs to be updated on the information that is sent out tho. We did get stuck outside the gate for a bit. Great cabin and we look forward to booking again.

We had a big weekend! We enjoyed a couple days as a family fishing and playing in the river. We spent the last night entertaining clients overnight. Everyone was thoroughly impressed with the home and amenities! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. There was plenty of room for everyone, including the dogs. The surrounding area was peaceful and spacious. It was fun to walk down by the river. Amazing place to stay. House was very clean and great location right on the water. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be staying here again! The only thing negative is the trash drop off… it’s the first thing you see and smell as soon as you go through the gate, trash bags had been torn into and was scattered around.. I know this is not the owner of this properties issue but maybe they can mention it to the right people.

Annual River Getaway
This was our yearly getaway with our kids and family friends. Southern Comfort was truly comfortable and very relaxing. Our kids ranged in age from 5 to 13 yrs in age and all of them enjoyed the loft area and bunk room. The kitchen was well equipped w/ everything we needed. We have stayed in Serenity Loop years before and stairs down to the water are a huge plus! Can't wait until next year!!
