Comfortable bed could’ve been a lot cleaner check in was easy

When checking in I wasn’t asked if the card on reservation is the card I want to use for my stay, they just charged it right away without asking as I was handing them the card I did want charged. Was too big of hassle for them to change. When we got to our room the walls in bathroom and by room door were dirty with something that splattered on it. Bed sheets looked to have not been changed just bed remade with already slept in sheets. No sign posted saying hot tub was out of service. On the plus side the bed seemed to be newer and comfortable and breakfast was clean and they did let us use the area for my family to get together for pizza before leaving for my son’s wedding.

Expedia sent us to glenwood mn not glenwood newfoundland. We didnt notice. Cost us $147 and had to find our own room in newfoundland. It shoukd have said no hotels availabke when we searched glenwood nl not sen us somewhere else.

Not happy with expedia booking. Was reaching bookings in glenwood NL and they bumped me to Glenwood MN without us noticing. We were not anywhere near MN. So we lost our money and didn't have a room .😡

I checked out early because the hot tube was broken and no sheets were on the bed used the blankets to sleep on. The bed was very hard and didn't sleep very well
