Upon entering, guests will notice at the upgrades and attention to detail that the owners has put into the house. This property boasts fresh new paint, refinished hardwood floors, new furniture, stainless steel appliances, new window coverings, luxurious towels and linens and new top of the line temperature control mattresses.

The layout of this charming home creates the perfect space for families or couples that are traveling together. Guests will enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms, all with adjoining baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with gas fireplace, a quaint backyard, a front viewing deck and a convenient ½ bath which is accessible from the kitchen, living and dining areas.

The master suite, which is located upstairs has a comfy king size bed, 40” flat screen TV, large walk in closet, ¾ bath with light filtering glass tiles and beautiful mountain views.
The second bedroom, which is located upstairs has 2 comfy queen beds, 40” flat screen TV, lots of closet space, a full bath and beautiful mountain views.

The third bedroom, which is located downstairs has a comfy king bed, 40" flat screen TV, mini kitchenette and a private bath with shower.

Cooks will be in heaven with the spacious well equipped kitchen updated with stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet space, table linens and everything one might need to cook a delicious meal. If you choose to take your meals outside, the private backyard patio is set up with a nice BBQ and all of the grill utensils that are needed.

The comfortable living room is the perfect place to cozy up while watching a movie, playing cards or during the winter months, enjoy a relaxing fire. The dining area which seats 6 perfectly is situated off the living room, giving you access to the TV and the ability to gather together without feeling overcrowded.

When it is time to relax or chat with friends, the front deck is the perfect spot. You can enjoy a cocktail, glass of wine or read a book while taking in the beautiful mountain views.

We loved staying at this property! It was close to most of the things we wanted to do, but removed from the noise of the traffic. I loved having the kitchen and being able to sleep in and make everybody breakfast. The kids loved the big beds and fluffy bedding. My favorite thing was sitting out on the deck at night with a glass of wine, watching the sunset.

We loved our stay. It was perfect for our family of four plus my wife’s mother. Everyone had their own comfy bed and bathroom. The views from the living room and master bedroom are spectacular. The house is stocked with everything you need. Will definitely book again in the future.

MTB Summit
We were all from CO MTB advocacy orgs, in town for a summit of the Colorado MTB Coalition. The location was great as we were able to walk to our event and local restaurants. The garage was perfect for safe bike storage and riding from the house to local tails and paths was very convenient. Having bathrooms attached to each of the three bedrooms was excellent for privacy and convenience. Loved our stay and hope to make it back soon!

Beautiful home in great location!
Home was very spacious with a lot of outdoor living space as well as indoor, loved having 3 1/2 baths! Very walkable to everything in town, you are up a hill but with that had great views and got a lot of exercise. Would definitely stay again!

Clean home and a well stocked kitchen. Basement bedroom was a bit warm and the box fan only helped a little. Set up was great for 3 families and the tables out back got used for dinner each night. Very enjoyable. The puppies across the street provided some entertainment as well.

Exceptional location: it is possible to walk to everything in Glenwood Springs, or take the free bus. The fireplace is so cozy in wintertime; very enjoyable. What makes for a great stay is mattresses that are so comfortable and supportive that we all got a fabulous night's sleep.

Excellent Family House!
This house was perfect for a family ski trip with grandparents and children. The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had adequate cookware, dishes, and utensils. Sunlight Mtn is a short drive away, and downtown at your doorstep. We would absolutely stay again!
