Hôtel historique bien situé près de la piscine municipale thermale. Personnel courtois .Grandes chambres. Stationnement en bordure d’hôtel facilement disponible et gratuit. Aires communes chaleureuses.

Hôtel de charme historique près des points d’interêt de Glenwood Springs. Personnel accueillant, stationnement facile. Jardins collectifs. Vaut le séjour.

Very attentive. A lot of history. Clean and tidy. Staff went out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable.

We were very disappointed in the hidden fees when booking. Resort fee plus parking pass was an addition $65. Then i find out entry to the hot springs was not included. The property is beautifully landscaped. Close to nearby town

Beautiful old hotel, walkable to restaurants thanks to the pedestrian bridge to downtown.

Great hotel. Has the older western look to it. Walking distance to food and glenwood hot springs.

Overpriced and understaffed. If you go on a weekend and they are hosting a wedding, you get excluded from some of those pretty areas you see on their website. Elevators broke down. Tiny AC unit in window doesn’t cool the room enough. I would not recommend this place, lovely historic building on the outside, tired on the inside.

Perfect location, beautiful rooms and courtyard. I was bummed the fire pit and bar was dead at 11pm on a Saturday, but I survived
