This is a great property. I would have liked to check in a little earlier though. I drove three hours in and had to wait 3hrs before I could check in.

Our stay was very nice, and the property is beautiful, very convenient to stores and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel in great location

The rooms need a good deep clean. Overall you can’t beat the location and ambiance.

Check in took over an hour for the room to be ready- even after arriving at check in time. Also- the city was turning the water off the next day for 7 hours. The hotel should have sent a message out instead of letting us know at check in

Hotel Maxwell changed names from the time we booked to the time our stay began. It may be that the rules changed, too except no one told us. They gave away our room to someone else, put us in a lesser quality room and then blamed it on us booking through Expedia. They changed the check in and check out times from our original reservation. Prices were VERY high for the quality of room and service received. Don't stay here. Choose another hotel.
