Great family vacation

Nice place
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay the house was equipped with cookware and items in kitchen. Fridge was turned off when we arrived so took a while to get our food cold again. We did lose air conditioning for a full day and over night. We also lost electricity for about six hours. But the communication with the owner, she was very prompt and good about getting back to me. Luckily, my husband was able to get the air conditioning going again otherwise we’ve been without it for a couple of days. They don’t have a garden like in the descriptions. They do describe that they have a couple of bikes on site, but the tires are flat. But overall, it is a great property. I do recommend it. Communication with the owner was fabulous very friendly.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at this home and that you found it to be a great property with a well equipped kitchen! We are very sorry that the neighborhood electrical outage caused the air conditioning breaker to flip, and we were glad to assist you(r husband) with resetting it once we were made aware. To clarify, the home’s refrigerator is never turned off; but it can take several hours for food to cool after being placed into an empty unit, especially when it is warmer from traveling or grocery shopping. Also, there is in fact a seasonal garden, but guests often overlook it since it is above the retaining wall in the back yard; and an air pump can be found in the home’s garage for times when the bike tires are low.

Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was great! We had plenty of room to spread out. Close to areas of interest, sites to see. House well stocked with everything needed. Quiet neighborhood. Manager kept in contact with Tina & answered questions right away.
Great family memories were made! Thank you!
