We had a wonderful week! The host is a great communicator and very responsive. House is stocked with everything we needed. 7-10 minute walk to coffins beach which is the most stunning beach! Kids caught crabs at low tide and had so much fun! This was our second year in a row renting.

We had 4 couples attending a wedding in Gloucester staying at the house, and with the plan that the day after we would do a beach day. The view and hosting space along with bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for what we needed. The back deck was amazing to hangout on as well. The beach was an amazing experience and we will definitely be looking to come back. Owners were great with everything.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental. There are 2 amazing beaches within easy walking distance of this house. The photos are accurate. The kitchen is super well equipped- and organized. The house is beautiful inside and out. The views from the huge picture window are incredible. We felt very comfortable stay here. The owner, Steve, was in contact with me via text. He sent me all the info I needed for the house the night before our arrival. His instructions were easy to follow. Steve check in with me via text to see how everything was going after arrival. The Perfect Weekend with a View
After one heck of a year, a few of my fellow teachers and I took the weekend to congratulate ourselves and this home was absolutely perfect! Monica and Steve were incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with and their house is GORGEOUS! The sprawling views, multiple bedrooms, deck, outdoor shower, everything we needed...was at our fingertips. An easy walk down the hill to the beach and a short drive to downtown. Would 1000% book this home again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and enjoyed all the elevated details. Very tastefully decorated and a great place to have a group of 10 women for a long weekend! The house is amazing - the views incredible. My family stayed for a long weekend and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Loved the extra dishwasher! We stayed when it was cool so we used the fireplace. I can imagine how amazing it would be in the summer. The beach was a little farther away than I would like to walk with all of our beach gear but still close. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house!

Ladies annual weekend! 10 adult females stayed in this incredible home. We were all in awe! We agreed this is the best place we have ever stayed in. Not only is it beautiful, but the view is magnificent. This home has EVERYTHING you need and more. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens! The decor is stunning. Plenty of nice quality towels, linen, dishes, platters - you name it. It's there. Several of the ladies are going to rent again with their families. The owners, Monica & Steve were awesome to deal with. DON'T hesitate to rent this one!!!
