Hôtel calme pour un court séjour.
Publié le 15 oct. 2018 sur ExpediaAccueil professionel sans chaleur pour certains membres. Literie correcte, sdb offrant tout le confort. Il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre. Adapteurs pour les prises à renouveler.
Piscine bien pensée pour les familles, partagée avec des personnes extérieures à l'hôtel.
Hôtel situé au calme en-dehors de la ville.

Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsNo one at reception on arrival, rang bell about 10 mins later someone turns up, doesn’t even pre-auth room just gets me to sign them looks at me like, go on move now, weird. Carpets in reception needs vacuuming, very strange smell on stairs. Sometimes made bed, sometimes didn’t. Replaced towels when they felt like it. Water was brown but had to ask for water, should have been replaced daily. Had to clear own table to find somewhere to eat in bar, after starters no plates cleared and mains delivered, food was OK. Breakfast buffet was cold daily and not much choice of fresh fruit etc.

Very nice hotel, seemed to have had some water damage which caused a smell.

There was a wedding party on Saturday and the party guests were very noisy drinking and talking in the car park at rear, where they party room was and my room was facing to. It was so noisy until 2am, I had a terrible sleep. I wish they had a policy at least for the guests not to hang out in the car park area after 12. The whole evening was so noisy unfortunately from the moment I arrived at 7pm and my relaxing Saturday evening was sadly ruined.

The hotel is really nice. The room was spacious and very clean and had everything you need such as comfy bed, good hairdryer, iron and TV. Bathroom was nice, big and very clean too. Shame I did not have time to use the pool. I will come back if I am in the area.
