Staff were friendly and helpful. Only comment is at breakfast need to keep serving utensils clearly labelled and products in individual heating units to avoid contamination. Staff were very helpful helping one of my family have a cooked breakfast which was tomato free dur to an allergy.

Great for a short stay.
Great customer service. Easy check-in. Room was clean and tidy although looking a bit tired and dated. Bed was uncomfortable for me but I only stayed for one night. No wardrobe, just a few hangers, not enough for a long stay. Ironing board and iron in room along with tea and coffee supplies. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could need. Overall a decent place to stay for a short visit.

Comfortable stay near Gloucester
Very nice hotel within easy reach of the M5 and Gloucester. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine with hot food, cereals and toast. Plenty of room in the car park and very friendly staff. Worked out well for a couple of days
