The Tegernsee Chalet is a newly built, modern Alpine chalet - State of the Art. There is exclusively equipped with high-quality, natural material (wood and stone) and offers three floors can accommodate up to seven people. For the comfort of guests in all respects provided (kitchen with stove Bora, WiFi, bathtub for 2 persons, flat screen to television, music system, underfloor heating, washing machine). It is situated on a park-like grounds (Large trampoline and slackline incl.) With its own spring, stream, pond and forest. Peacefully the large terrace (wooden deck) directly by the stream. Lakes and mountains are within walking distance.

Great time in a perfect chalet
We had a great time at the at the Tegernsee. The chalet is beautiful and everything you can think of is available. Beautiful and huge garden. The host is super friendly and very approachable. We look forward to coming back.

Wonderful location and home
My family and I stayed at the chalet over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home had everything we needed and more with plenty of space for us (6 adults). Everything was new, clean and spacious. Ursula had the house decorated for Christmas, including a tree, which made it even more fun for the holidays. The house is close to town and many hiking trails, as well. Out of the five places we stayed throughout our trip, this was by far everyone's favorite. We hope to be back soon!

Das Haus ist superschön und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man für seinen Aufenthalt brauchen könnte. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Aber mein Highlight war der traumhaft schöne Garten, der mit absoluter Privatsphäre und ganz vielen liebevoll gestalteten Ecken aufwartet. Alles in allem wurde uns nicht zu viel versprochen ;) Auch Frau Kleiner als Gastgeberin ist toll - hilfsbereit, jederzeit ansprechbar und freundlich. Nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit eigenem Bachlauf im Garten
Das Haus war sehr sauber. Kinder haben Trampolin, Slackline und insbesondere den Bachlauf im Garten sehr genossen.

Toller Urlaub in tollem Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Die Aussattung ist toll. Die Lage ist super schön, ruhig, idyllisch am Bachlauf mit Holz-Terrasse zum Sonnen und Kaffee trinken, und trotzdem nah zum See. Frau Kleiner war sehr unkompliziert, nett und zuvorkommend und immer sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen und Problemen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Saubere und tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß und der Aufenthalt war toll. Saubere Zimmer, schön möbliert und zu 6 hatte man ausreichend Platz. Der Garten war atemberaubend mit Aussichtsplattform und kleinem Teich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Modern, liebvoll hochwertig ausgestattet - sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Vermieter!
Sehr liebevoll, modern und hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr idyllisch auch der kleine Bachlauf, der mit zum Grundstück gehört. 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 16 Jahren haben wunderbar Platz im Haus und alle Aktivitäten sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Ob See, Sommerrodelbahn oder Kletterwald - die Zeit war dank des sehr schönen Hauses, der wunderbaren Lage und der sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter sehr kurzweilig und einfach toll: herzlichen Dank!!
