Lovely staff. I will stay again

Not business trip friendly
Posted Feb. 26, 2022 on HotelsThe hotel advertised as a business friendly hotel. However due to flight I arrived at hotel at 11pm, and absolutely no facility to get food or drink. All restaurants and bars closed. The check in staff refused to even sell me one beer (after a long journey!) they said “I can get you a delivery from outside only everything is closed here” made no sense to me, if your checking in late, it would be at least nice to get a sandwich and a drink at the least. I even had to pay for the room at check in. Which took around 20mins as the computer was not working either… room was comfortable and breakfast was good however. Unfortunately though, it really should not advertise as business friendly, when it isn’t. Arriving late at a hotel for a visit to a morning client is the norm. And having facility for food and drink in a hotel is a must! Even at 11pm!

First of all thank you for writing this review. Our apologies for not making your stay as comfortable as it should be. Our restaurant facilities are open till 10pm; at all time you should be able to get a drink if there is staff left in our restaurant or bar till at least 11-12pm. Our kitchen staff were due to cleaning services not able to serve any dishes from our menu at this time. My sincere apologies for the disappointment.
Nevertheless we are delighted that our rooms and breakfast were fairly well, and we hope we may welcome you again in our hotel!
