This is what I did not like:
- Cigarettes smoke in my room because the neighbor(s) smoke(s). Big discomfort. One receptionist told me that's because no balcony for smoking for guests (no comment). FYI, an ash tray is available in the room while the bathroom has a big sign of forbidden smoking ...
- The breakfast time starts at 07:30 AM: that's too late.
- The breakfast is not self service: the personnel (typically one person) brings everything to every table where there is at least one guest. They do not ask the guest what he/she wants.
- The personnel including the receptionists do not speak English or in a negligible way. They use a phone translation app to communicate with non-Turskish speakers.
- The WiFi does not work for guests that aren't Turkish or aren't Foreigners living in Turkey: An official ID number is required.

Yorumlarını okuyarak biraz tedirgin gitmiştim.ama yorumları bir çoğuna anlam veremedim personeller güler yüzlü restoran kısmındaki garsonlar güler yüzlü sessiz sakin.otelin konumu göl kenarı olarak çok güzel yerde.bence tek sıkıntı etrafında vakit geçirilebilecek göl dışında başka yerler olmaması.arabasız gidenler için sıkıntı olabilir.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was beautifully decorated . The location and views were fantastic. The restaurant dinner was terrible. The service was slow and everything was over cooked. There was no blanket provided and the top sheet The sheet was too small for the bed. we had to unmake the bed and turn it sideways even then we could have our feet covered or chest covered but not both. It made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The breakfast was great.

Ett trevligt hotell. Fina rum och bra pris. Enda nackdelen är att dom inte kan engelska.

Müthiş bir tatildi gerçekten. Tatilimizi biraz daha uzattık çok beğendiğimiz için. Tekrar gelmek isteriz.
