Hi Bill,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the new Roku Smart TV at Unity Lodge. This Smart TV does not require a cable or coaxial connection from the wall. It only needs to be plugged into the wall and connected to the Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can choose and add apps or networks. We have personally loaded the free apps that we were familiar with.
Fran, our help, left a folder in your room, which contained her direct phone number and name. It stated that for on-site assistance, you could contact her. She would have been more than happy to assist you with the TV setup.
