The property was extremely dirty, outdated and need some very urgent maintenance. The verandah door Didn’t lock and the overall unit required a really good clean.
The unit was terrible and the bathroom was mouldy and the unit needed a through clean

Clean staff were very accommodating. Though was a little disappointed that we had to clean mop and vacuum before we left. Not cheap However it was hard to get accommodation at this time of the year.

Customer service experience was terrible, check in was slow and difficult. Asked of spa was hot ajd reassured multiple times. When we went to use this it was freezing. Had to asl for it to be turned on and then it was a 2 hour wait for it to heat up. We never made ot into the spa. There are big warnings all over the place and in the room about how much you will be charged for a variety of unreasonable things. Check out was very stressful because of this. To top it all off, when we checked in they wrote our whole card number and CCV down on a piece of paper and kept it. We asked about it at checkout and managed to get it crossed out. Would not return.

One of the worst accommodation experiences ever!

Receptionist was rude and insistent on charging a bond for the room (not previously advised of this charge), found my credit card details had been handwritten on a sheet of paper by the receptionist which I wasn't impressed with. Receptionist insisted that charges were owing however a check of our bank account revealed that we had already been charged and were trying to be charged a second time...
Into the room to find it very old and tired, and unfortunately, filthy. Floors that hadn't been swept, mould around tapware, mould and grime in cupboards, lounges that were filthy dirty.
Were booked for two nights however after one night we couldn't stand the dirt, the filth and so many other things that were wrong with the property and the service that we left, forgoing the second paid night's accommodation. Receptionist advised of our displeasure however provide dno acknowledgement or even a response! Disgraceful offering, Hotels.com should really reconsider whether this property is promoted on their website.
