The lady in the office was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the room did not impress me the same. Understandably this place is a cheaper option. The room had some imperfections in need of repair

I couldn’t find a single thing to fault about my stay Broadwater Keys, and I’m very hard to please! The price was extremely reasonable, the front desk lady was so lovely and kind, the pool area was clean and well maintained. I really appreciated the signs in the room explaining things to us.
The bed was comfy and the pillows were perfect. The apartments were easy to access and the parking was easy and FREE.
I’ll definitely stay again in future!

Loved the pool. The construction noises in the morning weren't great. Bathroom door also didn't close.

Pretty clean, comfortable and convenient. Reasonably priced. Would have preferred vehicle to be closer to the accommodation.

The accommodation was very poor. Apartment had no smokes alarms, no air con working, no exhaust in bathroom, poorly structured with basic repairs, badly stained mattress, badly stained cooktop, drawer and wardrobe did not fit correctly. Lamp shades looked like someone had stabbed them with slits in them, locking devices were not up to standard. I would not be recommending these apartments and suggest a health inspector review its condition.
