Needs a good reno.
The windows also need a good clean

The bed was hard and very bouncy, also on castors that slid all over the floor. the covers over the bed bases were dirty, the comforter between the sheets had marks on them)
The bleach smell was so strong when we got there and it hung on for hours.
Broken tiles in the bathroom and broken things hanging on the walls, no exhaust fan.
The iron was broken and leaked water , ironing board had nothing under the cover so it was near impossible to iron.
I dropped something and had to move the lounge and the floor under it was filthy ( tablets, noodles, dirt)
The BBQS don’t work , the laundry was out of service
The whole place needs some TLC
It was an $80 a night place not over $200
It was a weekend away for me my hubby and our daughter after a horrible couple of years I’m so disappointed.

Check in experience was horrible even though called and emailed 3 days prior to check in for checkin instructions after office hours. Did not confirm reception will be closed at 5pm. Did not provide check in instructions until later afternoon of the check in date when we are already on the plane and had no Wi-Fi access in a foreign country. would not recommend if you don’t have access to local cellphones. Have almost gave up and tried to book somewhere else when we arrived with no one at reception and it was late and dark. Had to force to set phone on roaming and found the email re check in instructions.

Decent size room, good beds, shower was average and dark, had issues with power points not working, tv remote not working, ac not working due to power point
