I don’t think the place had been dusted. There was dust everywhere other than that it was okay.

So sorry you had such uncharacteristic weather while you were here on the Gold Coast, it must have been very disappointing for you all.
Regarding your comments on the cleanliness of the property...
I personally inspected the property before your arrival (as the cleaners worked hard to get the property ready early for you at your request) and there was not a speck of dust in sight. In fact it was so clean, I took some video of the property, as it looked so good.
Our team of cleaners work very hard to ensure the property is clean for every guests' arrival.

Gold Coast Holiday

Family reunion holiday

We came from all over Australia for a family reunion- consisting from ages 2 to 50 - with teenagers in between.
So many living rooms- there was 1 part of the house we just never used, this just goes to show the house was adequate in size and we never felt we were on top of each other-
Unfortunately the weather was too cold for the pool and outdoor area but the games room was a real hit-
Loved the retractable kids gate at both top and bottom of the stairs - with so many little kids running around the place it was our saving grace.
Whilst the house isn’t new you can see the owners try their best to keep the property updated and in good working order.
We have absolutely no complaints with the property and Steve was so easy to communicate with.
Would definitely look to stay here again.

The pool table was an added bonus.
Our only issue was with initial access to the house as the keypad instructions appeared to be incomplete with no reference to the 🏠 button which we discovered to be an essential part of the sequence.

However, I would just like to clarify for any future or returning guests that the instructions on the welcome letter are correct : enter the access code number given to you followed by the STAR * key.
The home button🏠is superfluous.
