This is a special that offers you discounts due to the works. We also are sorry you missed our booking confirmation letter telling you about the works and the noisy days that we emailed to you and directing you to a link on our website explaining everything.We pride ourselves in being very upfront about these works. Our desire is that everyone is informed, prepared and enjoys their holiday. We are thrilled that our guests have continued to support us and enjoy their stay, being aware of the situation. In our continuous endeavour to enhance your holiday experience, we are thrilled to announce our largest beautification project yet. Our focus will include upgrading windows and balcony doors to feature superior weather ratings and enhanced acoustic performance, achieved through the installation of thicker, tinted, laminated safety glass. Bedroom windows will be upgraded to meet all current legislative requirements. Additionally, we are prioritising safety by replacing balustrades with glass, conforming to current NCC codes while simultaneously optimising the view.There are, at this stage, no closures of our beautiful swimming pool and spa. We do have two towers, so you can opt for accommodation in the other tower or take advantage of our Day Time Explorer special in the tower that is undergoing works at this time. We encourage all guests, if they are concerned, to reach out to us, to discuss how the works will affect their holiday and discuss the scheduled noisy works days which are a couple of days every fortnight.Our Day Time Explorer special also offers discounts on activities, so you can enjoy Gemini Court and then during construction hours of 8am to 3.30pm weekdays only, you can also enjoy all the Gold Coast's green and gold - the hinterland and the beaches.We hope to welcome you back again to enjoy our beautiful views, great location and proximity to shops, cafes, and restaurants, notwithstanding our world class beaches both the Burleigh Beach and Tullebudgera Beach both patrolled and both fabulous.Kind regards, Therese
