Chambre sale, poils sur draps et dans la douche. Le frigo sale et les couverts avec plein de reste de nourriture. Ça ne vaut même pas le prix qu’on a payé. Vous entendez fort la route, lavabo fissuré et table sale avec plein de traces d’usure elle est bonne à changer.

The guy at the front desk was kind and the secured parking is nice.We took a no smoking room but it smelled cigarette a lot! The people next door was yelling at each other from 6pm to 5am with the tv on.We didn't sleep at all.

Unfortunately we noticed sheets on one bed had hairs and some dirt in it. Fans were thick with dust so we couldn't turn them on. Other guests were smoking near the pool area sitting directly under a no smoking sign and waking around other areas smoking. The smoke was coming through our windows. We requested a refund of the 2nd booked night (24 hours notice) so we could stay somewhere else but we were refused as it was supposed to be 48hrs notice. Yes it is a cheaper accommodation option but not cheap enough to dismiss certain things. Super disappointed. We opted to stay somewhere else anyway the second night. It put a bit of a strain on the budget

For a motel, the room was very spacious and it was very clean. Only Grievance was the office was not attended at 2pm for check-in and also the computer system was very slow to load at reception for check-in.

It was ok large number of people yelling in complex, had to change rooms as the first room was dirty & had cockroaches running around. Location served my purpose but will not be returning
