We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM after a late flight and called ahead to inform the staff about our late arrival. However, the check-in experience was unpleasant. The staff member on duty seemed irritated and unwelcoming, which was not a great start. Once we got to our room, we struggled with the door—it was hard to open and required a lot of force every time. Inside, we noticed a night light lying on the floor near the bed, which I had to place back on the table. We were too tired to pay much attention and went straight to bed. The next morning, I noticed the alarm clock was set incorrectly, showing 9 AM when it was actually 5 AM. This was frustrating but nothing compared to what we noticed later: the bedsheet had two red, possibly bloody stains. It was shocking and absolutely unacceptable, especially from a Hilton. Even budget hotels manage clean sheets, so this was the worst part of our stay.

The family enjoyed our stay in Hilton. We loved the view and the breakfast buffet. The location is the center of activities. The front desk staff is so helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay again in Hilton.

Strong smell in room. Couch that was damp to sit on. Two seater couch for 4 people staying. Room doesn’t see much sunlight. Front desk unable to provide adequate solution even though I could have booked better rooms for less money on their website that day. Zero privacy at level 20, blinds have to be closed with a building immediately opposite. Noise from bars and clubs at street level below even at level 20 was unacceptable for sleeping.
