I recently stayed at this place and had a mixed experience. Firstly, the staff member was exceptionally nice and friendly, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, including a washer and dryer, which was a great convenience.
However, there were a few downsides to my stay. The WiFi was quite bad, making it difficult to stay connected and get any work done. Additionally, the bed and mattress were sinking and not very comfortable, which affected my sleep quality. There was also significant construction noise throughout the day, which was quite loud and disruptive.

Ok place to stay, best thing is location near Pacific Fair and beach and Broadbeach main street

The rooms were spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—close to both the beach and shopping. Highly recommend for great value and convenience!

If you have another property in mind to stay at then go there as I wish I did. The check in experience wasn't great and then I find the shower having hair on the ground as well as stuck in the tap. Was never told it was 2 level and the pictures they use of the renovated 2 bedroom apartment when in fact there is only 1 that has been renovated and considerably more expensive. The 1 we stayed in was old and definitely needs a update. Definitely needs to lose the word resort in the name.

We apologise again, for the failing in your ensuite bathroom and would have liked to have had the opportunity to have put it right for you, as soon as you noticed this issue rather than waiting until you were checking out to let us know and request compensation to change any review you may leave.We have added extra steps in the housekeeping routine, to help to ensure this does not happen again. Our check in procedures for after hour arrivals is industry standard, ID must be provided. When you refused to do so for the after hours team, someone was at the office in under 5 minutes to check you in in person on Sunday afternoon. There is a range of photo's online showing different style 2 bedroom apartments, including photo's of the stairs between levels. Kind regards, the team at Island Beach

Did not enjoy the construction site noise next door. Beyond apartment managers control of course but annoying.

Nice and comfortable apartment close to the ground unlike everything else around in that area. Close to shops and transport. We used a car and the free parking was great.
