some of the people that stay there aren't quite the same and are very noisy and inconsiderate early in the morning

Firstly, thanks for recently staying at our tourist park located on the southern end of the Gold Coast. Thanks for the positive feedback regarding our team and the facilities. We ask all guests to abide and respect the park rules, however unfortunately not everyone shares the same values as the majority.

it was advertised on your website that free wifi was available. There was no wifi at all! I had work to do and booked it as it was advertised as free wifi in all rooms.
your customer service did NOTHING to rectify this!

Whilst the park doesn't have wifi, we do appreciate your feedback as the reference to internet has been removed from the booking site. The park staff did try and assist you by offering alternatives.

Did not like the fact we cannot book a specific van site in advance. Park is clean and tidy and amenities are all in good condition.

Firstly, thanks for recently staying at Kirra Beach Tourist Park. Our team work hard to ensure the park and amenities are in the best condition possible, so thanks for the positive comments. Due to a number of reasons (maintenance etc) at time of booking we are unable to confirm an exact site no., however we do everything possible to accommodate a guests request.

Kirra is one of the best places to stay, it’s close to everything including one of the best surf point breaks in the world, staff are fantastic, amenities are clean and a great pool, prices are good, 5 stars
