Really lovely, great setting, good amenities and clean. One comment I will make is the ensuite toilet and shower has no door. No privacy when using the toilet and shower

Very good ammenities. Walking distance from beach, restaurants, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again and recommend to others

Pleasant staff. Many dining options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Unit could use a refresh but apart from that nothing to complain about. Situated near beach and easy walk to Cooloongatta.

Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods. Iron provided, no ironing board. Only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. No extra towels and no face washers were included.
Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. It was just the small details that let the property down. Comfy bed, clean sheets and a lovely space to relax and enjoy the area. 4 stars overall.

Dear Scott,Thank you for leaving us a review and helping the Kirra Palms team improve.The coffee machine is the owner's item; they leave it in the apartment as an extra for the guests. Guests can provide their pods to use the machine. The hotel offers coffee sachets during your stay.The second bedroom was locked because you booked a one-bedroom apartment. Please get in touch with reception if you would like to upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment.Unfortunately, we no longer provide face washers due to numerous problems with makeup marks. However, please get in touch with reception if you need any extra accessories during your stay, such as dishwasher powder or shampoo/conditioner. Awesome location.
Had Tv issues, 2nd night blackout for about 20min needed to contact after hours.

The recent energy blackout was caused by a government project at the intersection of Miles Street and Musgrave Street. The power was turned off temporarily to fix the energy problem.
