Amazing House Great Location

Me and my family travelled over from the UK and we stayed at this property for 3 weeks and absolutely loved every minute of staying there!
We loved how safe we felt in the property and the decor was very modern and well kept. The communication was great from the start and we wanted to stay longer!
Not far away is a mall which has great places to eat out in the evening as well as a food market and is buzzing in the morning with people out for breakfast.
Absolutely loved our stay here and it felt like a 5 star property. Would love to stay here again if we ever visit Oz from the UK again.

Isle of Capri Paradise
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySensational property in a great location. the house was everything you see on the stayz site. extremely comfortable and exceptional facilities. a very handy shopping complex about 400 meters from the house with superb restaurants ( especially the Thai). Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great house, poor communication

We had problems with vacuum cleaner being unusable, water was not connected to fridge - cold water & ice should be a given on the Gold Coast at that level of property. Also a problem with the pool but was fixed after a complaint. House is very well equipped but felt management let the side down.

Relaxing and spacious
Publié le 15 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayNice place and excellent location. It was a shame that there were some cleanliness issues when we arrived. Unflushed toilet and disgusting smell from fungus in dishwasher. Places should be cleaned prior to new bookings not after last one perhaps?

Hi catherine, we appreciate the feedback and would like to let you know we have implemented an additional team member to check all cleans prior to guest arrival. we do apologise, however the dishwasher smell was actually due to a blocked drain from the previous guest of which we attended to immediately upon you bringing it to our attention. We hope you will overlook this and book again at one of our fabulous properties on BNB BOOKING

Amazing Home
