The apartment was spacious and offered plenty of room to relax, which was a definite plus. The view was quite nice and added to the experience. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Cleanliness was just average—nothing too bad, but it could have been better. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially with the bed and cleaning standards.

Last minute booking for 2 nights when flights were cancelled. Room was extremely spacious with large bathroom and seperate toilet. A little dated nowadays but would have been top of the range in its heyday. Lovely crisp linen bed sheets with 2 types of pillows to choose from. Room smelt a little musty (as older buildings tend to do) so opened the balcony doors to allow fresh air. Air conditioner quite noisy but able to turn off at night. We would recommend it.

A beautiful view in an amazing apartment.
The staff here are so friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing is a problem for these guys and they do everything with a smile 😊.
I am staying here for a month and I could not be happier.

Very poor service
Posted Oct. 1, 2024 on HotelsOne of the mattresses was covered with plastic sheet .My daughter slept on that bed and had terrible night. She was sweating and ciuld not sleep because of the plastic sheet covering the mattress. She told us the following morning. She was irritable and had headache due to lack of sleep and we had to return home early. We made a formal complaint at reception to Chelsea and still have had no reply.
I emailed to hotels.com 2 days ago and had no reply.
I am very very unhappy with the services .
