We stayed in a lovely renovated room. The views were great and we even saw whales! Having both an indoor and outdoor pool was wonderful for kids especially since we had a couple of rainey days. The property is extremely accessible to the local shops and there’s plenty of dining options. The bus stop is right around the corner and easy to get to the Pacific Fair shopping centre. Unfortunately there was an issue with the elevators during our stay but management were quick to help guests out and fix the issue. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great location. Note: Alot of construction going on in immediate area (as at 27/08/2024).

Hello Anthony, We are sorry we were unable to accommodate you due to a serious flood event which occurred in our building on your planned arrival date. Fortunately we were able to find new accommodation at a neighbouring resort for all our affected guests and hope you otherwise enjoyed your time in Burleigh at the neighbouring resort.

Room had lovely view. Spent a couple of days walking along beach and enjoying the Sunday market. Good location to walk everywhere.

Noisy during Monday to Saturday with construction happening at both neighbouring hotels. Under the bed was full of dust. The on suite sliding door fell off the rollers. The spa pool was old. Apart from that lovely big room and location

Hello Sheryl, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking time to do so. We have had construction next to us for many months now and happily we can report that it is coming to an end. The scaffolding is gradually coming down and less noise being experienced. Our listing does advise guests of construction taking place, which is there to ensure our guests are aware of the construction prior to booking and arrival. The issue with the door has been rectified and dust under the bed attended to by our housekeeping team. We hope that other than these issues you were able to enjoy your time here.
