We're to start, first off the staff. They have been so nice, polite, accommodating, helpful and when I say all I mean all from the cleans to vending machine fillers to high management. We have not been the easiest guests to accommodate trying to squeeze everything into a week but they have made it effortless.
Rooms are amazing, they are bit basic to be honest however there is so much to do here they really are Only used for sleeping.
Food, so much to choose from, it is again a bit basic but everything is fresh, hot and filling. Prices are fair for being in a holiday place, they are no more expensive than any other place we are.
You can have things delivered to your room and for us we even organised a mobile masseuse.
You will never regret spending the money on this place and we will be back ASAP.

This ‘resort’ is so run down it’s actually misleading calling it a resort. I don’t even know where to start. The rooms and hallways are in desperate need of a renovation. They stink of cigarette smoke and are just really musty like the carpet and curtains have never been replaced. Our room was located right at the front on the Gold Coast Highway, so was extremely noisy all night. We were booked to stay for 3 nights but checked out after 1. The pool area is tired, the water in the pool was milky.
The short version: this place is revolting, don’t book here. We checked out 1 day into a 4 day stay.

Liked the easy check in check out
Loved that it was so kid friendly. Always things to do for more independent kids
Didn't like the family paint and sip they gave a canvas and said paint what you want and left us to it! And sip was buy your own drink ill go pick it up for you.
Didn't like the gangs of kids that walked around and rather cheeky but that's not the properties fault.
Food much to be desired pretty costly

Great holiday destination for kids.
Lifeguards should be provided in pools area as it is so busy that parents cannot necessarily watch their child continuously.
