The stunning master bedroom overlooks the waterfront and is the perfect retreat space with brand new walk in wardrobe and an amazing ensuite that oozes relaxation vibes. Bedroom 2 is another king room with its own little ensuite and office desk and access to the front yard from the sliding door, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed whilst the 4th bedroom has two singles. Theres a shared bathroom for the 3rd and 4th bedroom. The main living area is open plan with brand new gourmet kitchen and the dining area with tv on the wall. Views to the water and an abundance of natural light filter in from the glass sliding doors which open out on the the large wrap around balcony with two spots to enjoy. The outdoor dining area near the bbq and then a lovely seating area to watch the kids in the pool or enjoy an afternoon drink. Theres a separate 2nd living area with tv and another office desk for those that may need to do some work.

You will have access to the whole house with exception to a couple of locked cupboards and the garage and shed is locked off and no access permitted. There is still room in the front driveway for three cars and free street parking also.

Benowa Waters is a great central suburb on the Gold coast. It would be best to have a car, however there is public transport a few minutes walk away. Bike, walk, scooter or by water also!

- We require all guest to inform us ahead of time for any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc. These are subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance or you may contact the local baby hire places if items aren't available. No last minute request.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- FAMILY STAY ONLY. STRICTLY NO GROUP STAYS.
- Maximum of 6 adults per stay
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
