Friendliness is a feature of the hotel with staff willing to go the extra mile. Cleanliness was also a feature with rooms cleaned 6 days out of 7.

Great place to stay- lovely staff. Newish area, nice walking track to shopping mall. Mall is great. Food in the mall is great. Train station right beside Quest and goes to airports in Brisbane direct. Close as a kick to the stadium. Quest is nice with lots of conveniences.

I liked that it was close to everything we needed for the reasons we were there. Not sure i would bother to stay there again - not value for money.
All the staff are all friendly and nice eough, but didn't ask if everything was good.
The room condition wasn't as good as the last time we stayed. But it was the smaller one bedroom apartment.
The room was stuffy with no window and air flow in the bedroom. We had to have the airconditioner on to sleep in winter (maybe a fan would be a option), it didn't seem safe enough to leave the window open at night while asleep on the Gold Coast. I really wouldn't pick that room to stay in again.
The tiles in the kitchen looked a bit grubby (not sure if that is the look of the tile, or just needs a good scrub, but it didn't make me feel overly comfortable walking bear foot on the tiles) and the carpet was looking worn out.
The worse was the sheet on the bed was not long enough and it didn't quiet make it to the edge of the bed (about a couple of inches off), so my feet could feel the matress protector and the edge of the sheet. It didn't make for a comfortable sleeping at all.
I didn't feel this way about the hotel last time we stayed over a year ago. This time a couldn't wait to go home. I would probably say the condition of the rooms isn't as new and nice as the first visit - looking tired.
Overall the property was fine outside the rooms. The area was okay with the Robina Shops fairly close.

However, I am disappointed to learn that we may have missed the mark on this stay and did not deliver an effortless experience.While it’s great to hear that the team was friendly and helpful, I understand that the one-bedroom apartment did not meet your expectations. When you previously stayed with us, it was in our one-bedroom residential apartment, which has a slightly different layout and a more open plan. Not sure I would be back
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI’ve booked 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment with sofa bed for our family of 5. But at checking in they gave me a smaller room with only 1 bathrooms and sofa bed not made up. After complaint with receptionist, I’ve got a new room that exactly matches what I’ve booked for.
The apartment is new, modern and clean. Location is next to stadium so you get a parking building view from balcony.
The next morning after checked out they overcharged me for parking spaces. We had 2 cars but got charged for 3. After a few emails I’ve got a refund back.
Overall not so sure I will go back.
