Publié le 1 août 2018 sur HotelsVue mer mais à côté d’une route et avec le simple vitrage on a l’impression d’avoir les fenêtres ouvertes !
Le logement était sale et en mauvais état.
La cuisine graisseuse et mal équipée.
Les appartements sont grands mais mériteraient absolument une rénovation complète !

What you would expect for the money.
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HotelsThis was an older complex , showing some signs of tiredness. Having said that it is in a good location with easy access to parking and to the unit. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing that needs attention is the beds as the mattresses are probably a little over their use by.
We would stay here again as it is good value.

Sandcastles was immaculately cleaned and the staff are so friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff, happy to help. Easy access with great views. Well equipped apartment that was nice and clean.

Convenient, self contained, good secure parking, close to shopping centres and gold coast attractions.
Air conditioning needs cleaning.
Update cookware.

We were so excited to arrive at our accommodation for our little Adventure, we were super happy to check in earlier than expected so made the day so much more pleasant.
The complex is so close for the theme parks and harbour town. The beach is opposite which the kids loved for their morning walks, the apartment was roomy and a large kitchen, and two great verandahs. Parking was safe underground and access to all amenities was easy, and you get a good workout with the stairs.
