Chambre un peu délabrée, vitre cassée non réparée dans la salle de bains. Quartier peu recommandable le soir.

RUN AWAY
Publié le 3 janv. 2015 sur Hotelsrun away, the hotel seems as good as any other average hotel. the manager as such an attitude problem that if you have any request what so ever. We risk being shouted out and insulted. That is what happened to us when we checked in and complained about an inadequate number of beds and the cleanliness of the room. After a heated discussion, the manager kicked us out of the hotel without guaranting a refund (since we had booked with hotels.com). Was it chance or just that the manager is totally crazy ? but as we were leaving, another heated discussion started between her and a couple who had discarded their key.

Our stay was great until the guests in one of the rooms above started playing extremely loud music and partying with other young people despite your No Party policy.
My young children couldn't sleep. Then in the early hours of the morning other people were banging doors and woke us up.
Some people have no respect. Not impressed. Everything else was good though.

We explain to all groups when checking in regarding noise on the premises. I can understand children do not sleep the best when not at home and being disturbed can be unsettling to the family. We do have after hours service if things become too difficult and you can ring for help

If arriving after hours (hours of which I did not know) you have to call a number. Being from the US I didn’t know how to make the call😮 then I got the key and had mild trouble finding the room and unlocking the sliding glass door and screen. Weird that the room didn’t have a door?

Please note that in message boards in booking sites it clearly gives the instructions regarding after hours which are on the websites that we are affiliated with. We try to leave instructions on the envelope where the room is situated. We only have a few rooms with glass sliding doors which are easy to operate. But we are pleased that your overall stay was pleasant

This property was average with a couple of things not working in the room, the bed light globe not working and the heater did not seem to work, other than this it was
clean and it was in a convenient position for where we wanted to go.

stay here regularly,easy parking in rear with all the light rail construction,great hospitable staff and always neat and tidy with easy access
