Appartement bien meublé, rien ne manque. Accès facile à pied à la tour Q1 et à la plage! Superbe vue sur les canaux et appartement spacieux et ensoleillé. Les lits sont confortables. Petit bémol sur la propreté : pas de balai ni de sac dans l'aspirateur, placard sale, électro ménager vieillot.

Wonderful apartment. The locals were very generous with their time for my kids and we had a ball. Will definitely be coming back

The location was rather isolated without your own car, the traffic noise on the tenth floor was very loud, unit needed a deep clean, a water leak in the bathroom was not fixed in the week we were there. Instructions for the stove top and oven are needed. The aircon and oven are on the same circuit, with a switch to have one. Apartments on the river side would probably been a lot quieter.

Hi William,It's nice to receive your reply. You didn't book for Riverfront apartment. And Riverfront apartment were fully booked. About water leaking, our manager checked many times that there was no leaking issue and cleaned up the floor after shower many times. Next time, please tell us, you would like to stay at riverfront apartment, room rate is different as well.We did try our best for your stay. Wish you all the best.

Looked as though someone did live there when not rented out and the cleanliness wasn't that great - great view and appartment otherwise.

When we arrived the bathroom was dirty and still had hair in the shower, we only received 2 toilet rolls for the whole weekend and no one was at front desk all weekend so we couldn’t get more. The place just wasn’t clean, but the location was perfect .

Please also kindly understand that we didn't know that you have few extra guests for stay. If next time, you may tell us the numbers of guests, we may prepare plenty supply. As we knew, you/your guests spoke to On-site manager during the weekend. And we didn't receive extra enquiry. Please also kindly understand that we have "No Party" policy. We did receive other owner's complains for drunk people/your guests buzzed their intercom at very late night. If you have any questions, please let us know. Plenty of space. Perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool. Having a full kitchen was very handy.
